Physicians’ Alliance of America offers two GSK Vaccine Pricing Agreements. Please read about each one to determine which option best suits your practice.

Portfolio

To participate with the Portfolio Agreement, your practice must agree to comply with the Portfolio ordering requirements as stated in the Letter of Intent. If you are able to comply, please submit the Letter of Intent and Declaration Form (check Portfolio Agreement). GSK will add your account to the Portfolio agreement within five business days of receipt of your completed Declaration Form. Additional discounts may be available based upon the vaccines you purchase.

Bexsero

To participate with the Bexsero agreement, your practice would need to agree to feature the Bexsero vaccine in your practice. If you are able to comply with the Bexsero market share requirements as stated in the Letter of Intent, complete the Letter of Intent and Bexsero Declaration Form (check Bexsero agreement). GSK will add your account to the Bexsero Agreement within five business days of receipt of your completed forms.
