Sanofi Vaccine Agreement

In order to participate with our Sanofi vaccine agreement, your practice must agree to comply with certain ordering requirements as stated in the Sanofi Letter of Intent. If you are able to comply with these requirements, please complete and submit the Sanofi Letter of Intent. We will notify you when your account is linked to our contract.

Sanofi Flu Only Agreement

PAA Members can now access contract pricing on Sanofi Influenza vaccines without participating in the main vaccine agreement. Please complete and submit the Flu Only Agreement section of the Letter of Intent. We will notify you when your account is linked to our contract.

Note: While you can order other Sanofi vaccines on this agreement, being on this agreement does not give you preferred pricing on those other vaccines.
